This website is operated by SURETECH PTE. LIMITED to introduce its enterprise AI control plane, digital workforce products and implementation services. This notice covers website browsing and contact channels; it does not replace data-handling terms in specific product or service agreements.
Information you provide and its purpose
When you switch the site language, we store the language code in a cookie named suretech_locale for 365 days. It only remembers your language preference and contains no inquiry content or contact details. Switch languages again or clear your browser cookies to update or remove this preference.
No account is required to browse this website. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party behavioral analytics or marketing subscriptions. Fonts and page assets are served with the website.
The name, company, work email or phone number, area of interest and requirement summary on the contact page, plus any optional role or deployment preference, are used to respond to your inquiry and arrange follow-up. Do not provide credentials, unredacted contracts or unnecessary sensitive information.
Form entries remain only in the current page's memory, not in browser local storage. They are sent to the server only when online reception is enabled, you acknowledge the privacy notice and submit. Opening an email link does not send an email.
When online submissions are enabled, requests include an allowed internal source path, policy version and random request identifier to process inquiries and avoid duplicates. The source path does not contain names, contact details, query strings or external URLs.
Services involved in processing
The website is hosted on Vercel, which supports page access, asset delivery and runtime services. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and response statuses for service delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Our application does not write form contents or full contact details to runtime logs. Before online reception opens, we will specify the receiving system, responsible team and processing arrangements, and update this page.
When you contact us by email, information passes through your chosen email provider and our enterprise email service. Each third party's information-handling rules apply to its services.
Retention and access management
Unsubmitted form contents are not persistently stored by our application and may be lost when you leave or refresh the page. While online reception is disabled, our application does not store online inquiry records.
Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider according to the selected service and settings for security and operational troubleshooting. Our application does not maintain a separate access-log database.
Before opening online inquiries, the operator will confirm retention, authorized access and expiry handling for inquiry records and backups, then update this page before enabling reception. Questions about information sent by email can be directed to the operator using the contact channel below.
